Your role as a founder

What we are looking for
Success as a cross-functional leader of an operationally-complex, high-growth marketplace
Extensive experience designing and executing on strategies
Reputation as a well-rounded leader with exceptional go-to-market and product instincts
Domain expertise in healthcare is preferred, but not necessary
Experience as an entrepreneur, launching a company from ideation to revenue
Experience recruiting and retaining world-class talent in a high-performance culture

As a founder in residence, you’ll lead a new venture from research to launch and beyond with the support of Cold Start’s resources, playbooks and world-class team that will derisk the venture and expedite your growth.
We’re in this together from day one, with one on one mentorship from our founding partner, Yury Yakubchyk, our leadership team and ongoing support of the entire Cold Start studio.
